Equally United is a campaign which promotes equality of women in the workplace. Our campaign's slogan is "Women are the real architects of society." We choose Emma Watson as the face of our campaign because she is a feminist who fights for women equality. Emma Watson once said "If we stop defining each other by that we are not and start defining ourselves by what we are- we can all be freer." In 2013, American Association of University Women found that women made 78% of what men made for doing the same job. This campaign is important because women and men should receive equal pay if they are performing the same tasks and have the same levels of education.

Environmental Campaign: #SAVETHEMONARCH
#SAVETHEMONARCH is an environmental campaign created by the National Wildlife Federation (NWF). The problem which resulted in the creation of this campaign was that Monarch butterflies are having trouble laying their eggs on milkweed since there are becoming harder to find. Milkweed is being removed from farmlands and backyards with pesticides. The pesticides are killing the butterflies ultimately causing a decline in Monarch butterflies. This campaign gives 6 ways to save Monarch Butterflies which include 1. Help Save Grasslands 2. Support Highway Habitat Corridor 3. Plant Milkweed 4. Don’t Use Pesticides 5. Create Monarch Habitat 6. Join NWF Affiliate Efforts in Your State.

Gender Stereotyping: Hasbro's Rose Petal Cottage
In Hasbro's Rose Petal Cottage Commercial it includes a little girl performing housewife tasks. The colors of the cottage are bright pastel colors such as pink and purple. The jingle to the commercial says "Taking care of my home is a dream," implying this is what little girls want when they grow up. The little girl in this commercial is carrying a baby as if she's practicing so she knows how to care for a child when she's older.
This commercial could be improved in many ways such as adding a boy who is helping the little girl perform housework tasks. The jingle should be removed because it is completely stereotyping females. The colors of the cottage should also be changed to more neutral colors.
